Service Description

***Your Remaining Balance & Tips must be sent directly to Your Artist through Venmo or Zelle*** MODELS MUST READ ALL REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW: MUST BE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 18-35 YEARS OLD The model will only be getting Powder Brow done at 10am *Message to all Models: - Dress code: All black MODELS MUST READ ALL REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW: MUST BE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 18+YEARS OLD MUST HAVE VIRGIN BROWS. NO REFUNDS ONLY CREDIT. Don't drink any coffee. The model will only be getting a Brow service done at 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM we will communicate with you about the time. BEFORE & AFTER - You will be given thorough advice on what to do after your treatment to get the absolute best results for your new brows. You will also need to avoid waxing and tinting treatments right before your treatment and until your brows have healed. The forms provided at your service will give you a thorough understanding of the best process to follow to get the desired end results. YOUR HEALTH - Your health can play a huge part in whether you are suitable for permanent makeup or microblading treatment. For example, if you are undergoing chemotherapy, or have health conditions like heart disease or a blood-borne virus, you would not be suitable for treatment whilst you have the condition. Some medications can also affect your treatment such as Isotretinoin (commonly called Accutane), Warfarin, and Aspirin. These are just a few examples – our forms with having a full list of total contraindications for you if you are at all unsure. *NOT CANDIDATES FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP* Heart Conditions/Pace Maker/Defibrillator (No exceptions) People with diabetes. Women who are pregnant or lactating. People with glaucoma or taking blood-thinning medication. People with skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema, and undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the Site that is to be treated. People with allergies to makeup or color pigment. People with easily triggered post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. People with transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis. People with active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed People who are hemophiliac. People who have healing disorders, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or had/have mitral valve disorder. People on any skin medication such as ro-accutaine, steroids which thin and oversensitive the skin.


Cancellation Policy

FOR PMU & LASH SERVICES ONLY  We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that can cause you to cancel or reschedule your service. However, please understand that such changes affect not only your artist but other clients as well. If you must reschedule your appointment, a minimum 24 hours in advance notice is required or the deposit cannot be used as a credit. In regards to same day cancellations you do forfeit your deposit and cannot use it as credit. In addition to that any other future bookings will require an additional deposit to make an appointment. ​ OUR COURSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE  If for any reason you need to cancel your scheduled training, your deposit may be transferred to another course only if another training is available within 3 months of the original course; Otherwise, your deposit is non-refundable. We must also be notified of this cancellation one week prior to the scheduled training or the potential transfer will not be honored if applicable.  ALL OTHER POLICIES DEPOSIT All deposits are non-refundable you can use only use it as a credit when you rebook for the same service or or a different service. If you decide not to rebook a previously cancelled appointment, unfortunately you do forfeit your deposit. REFUNDS All services provided by the studio are non-refundable. All transactions are final. In regards to lashes, we can provide lash removal if you wish to do so (additional charges may apply).  ARRIVING LATE We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments and our new clients to arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment time to ensure sufficient time for quality results. We do allow a 10 minute grace period, however, If you are more than 10 minutes late we will do our best to accommodate you. Do keep in mind time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be rescheduled. Being late may also result in no numbing before PMU services. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be subject to cancellation and you will forfeit your deposit.  FREE LASH FIX POLICY Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us! We want you to absolutely adore your lashes and you're experience at every appointment with MyBrows Studio & Academy. If for any reason you are experiencing excessive fall out (5-10 lashes per day) or irritation, redness and/or swelling please contact us within 3 days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix the issue. Anything beyond 3 days will be considered a week refill (additional charges will apply).  OUTSIDE FILLS FOR LASHES We do not perform refill services on work that was done from another outside studio. If you currently have lash extensions on from another studio, you must have them removed before receiving your first full set service with us (additional charges will apply). PERMANENT MAKE UP POLICY All PMU services whether done at another studio or done at Mybrows will be charged as new service after 18 months. In regards to PMU there is no option for any corrections before the 6 week healing process is complete. Anything that you would like to correct will have to be done at the 6 week touchup or after 6 week touchup appointment (no exceptions).
